Office Services Clerk needed for a downtown Austin law firm to perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties, which includes providing a high level of customer service and support, while consistently producing an excellent work product. Duties include but are not limited to: sort and distribute incoming and interoffice mail; process outgoing mail and express and overnight courier packs; make photocopies and deliver finished project; fill office supply requests; conference room set-up and clean-up; and assist with inter-office moves. Prior experience as an Office Services Clerk in a law firm environment preferred.
