Office Manager / Accountant

Highly motivated and detail oriented Accountant, Business and HR Administrator needed for Austin law firm. Requirements include:

  • 5 years of general accounting experience (maintain bank accounts, manage trust account, cash management, financial statements, annual budgets and forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, collections, etc.). Accounting degree preferred
  • Experience with Juris Suite preferred
  • Human Resource experience (payroll processing, onboarding, 401K administration, health insurance renewals/administration, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized
