Law Office Administrator

Our client, an international law firm (ranked among The American Lawyer’s top U.S. law firms) is seeking an Office Administrator for their Austin office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative functions and overall operations of the office.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of experience as a supervisor or manager of office administration in a legal or professional services organization; experience dealing with human resources issues and knowledge of federal and local labor and employment laws. You must have strong leadership abilities, including interpersonal, supervisory and team-building skills, and solid planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
