Dallas law firm is seeking a polished and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to manage incoming calls, greet visitors with a smiling face, great attitude, has a desire to be of assistance and handle administrative duties. Dependability and reliability are key in this role.

Essential Responsibilities:

Receive and screen all incoming calls and connect them to appropriate person

Greet clients entering the office

Act as first point of contact for clients

Provide clerical and administrative support to staff and attorneys

Open new client files

Maintain schedules for conference and meeting rooms

Order office supplies

Maintain cleanliness at reception and kitchen area

Monitor and maintain office equipment

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Must be professional, reliable, detail oriented and take the initiative to help where needed

Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
