Houston law firm is seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Paralegal to primarily support the Personal Injury Defense Litigation practice; however, may also include Construction, Commercial and other litigation matters. Transportation as well as retail and hospitality industries is a plus.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Case organization, analyze, communicate and research
- Interact with experts and applicable state and federal agencies
- Draft discovery requests and responses
- Communicate/interview parties, witnesses, experts and court personnel Coordinate schedules
- Prepare attorneys for depositions
- Draft legal documents
- Review and summarize records
